Welding Tourism Experience
Participants begin their journey with guided exposure to the welding ecosystem.
Stage 2
Structured Welding Skill Development
Participants undergo hands-on training designed to build strong technical foundations aligned with industry requirements.
Stage 3
Global Readiness Preparation
Participants undergo training to prepare for international work environments
Stage 4
International Exposure and Placement
Selected candidates may progress towards international exposure through approved mobility partners. This stage enables welders to access international career opportunities built on strong technical competence.
